The Montenegrin coast of the Adriatic sea is unique in its own way. You can’t but get struck by its nature and the exquisite landscapes surrounding.
The Bijela village is located on the Boka coast of Kotor Bay, in its picturesque (though such definition is suitable to describe every single part of this bay) south-eastern part. Have a look at the map. Bijela is a real revelation for active tourism lovers. The bay’s principal town centers are located within a comfortable car trip or even a walk along the coast. From Bijela, the exact distance is: Herceg Novi - 5 km, Kotor - 39 km, Tivat Airport - 9 km. The population of the village runs to five thousand people. For sure it increases in tourist seasons. Yet, unlike such towns as Budva, Ultsina or Herceg Novi, Bijela can hardly be called a dynamic tourist center, even though its infrastructure is quite suitable. Comfortable hotels, restaurants, beaches and yachts are the means that create the image of modern Bijela. It is reasonably quiet and peaceful which comes as a result of local traditions. Not long time ago Bijela was regarded as a small village attached to a shipyard. Its inhabitants were not accustomed to a life of leisure. On the other hand, the number of tourists per "beach unit" is far less than in those tourist centers mentioned above. Have a look at Bijela’s views, and be sure to visit this marvelous place.
Presently the NT Communications company build and sale ready-to-operate sites. If you walk down the quay for about 250 meters from the Dolphin hotel you’ll see a site area titled "Bijela Sulntse". Have a look at an extract of the cadastral plan that confirms NT Communications’ proprietary rights and at the decree to divide the plottage into 9 construction sites. The site itself has a passage to the beach and is located on the coast beneath the Yadransk trunk line. The total areal size is 300 m2 . We are building 9 independent dwelling-houses with a total floor space of 300 m2 per each. Each house will contain 3 flats with separate entrances on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. At present two of the sites are ready settlement, the other five are at different degrees of completion. Do have a look at our photo-report from the site.
The General Plan helps to perceive the location of each unit in relation to the road, beach and other items. Total areal size of each site is also defined there.
Purposefully we don’t use such trivial supplements as: "We expect, plan, consider…" though they may be appropriate for other advertisements. The housing project that includes the unit’s exterior and landscaping has been thoroughly worked out, coordinated with the corresponding inspection bodies and evaluated by experts. A building license for each unit has been received. The "Carbomont" company, an experienced construction company that has gained reputation in Montenegro, supervises the project. That’s why we can safely present Bijela Sulntse as a project of NT Communications’ activity. Find the detailed description of the units and sales terms in the Commercial Offer section.
It's another matter that the project is not limited to housing. NT Communications has ordered a project of beach reconstruction and the upcoming season we intend to equip it with a new pier, to reinforce it with bulk material, to single out a place for a summer cafe. Officially the beach area is to be in the company’s long-term lease. It will be developed according to the demands of new landlords.
