To make your choice of an apartment on the "Bijela Sulntse" site we recommend you to consult the General Plan first and to decide on the sector and location of house. Currently the following apartments and sites are at your disposal:

Every unit is a three-storeyed town house which is to have 3 apartments with a separate entrance on each floor, according to the General Plan. The plotted house exterior is available. The units are constructed in the so-called Mediterranean style, with plenty of air bath balconies, wide windows, spacious rooms and a sea-view, which is obligatory. The facing allows for the high-test stone. For the framework and the footing reinforced concrete frames are required.

The project stipulates that all the units be connected to the external urban engineering services. This provides for uninterrupted supply of electricity, cold water and drainage system. As well as all around Montenegro, heat and hot water supply is being accomplished by water-heating equipment and ACs installed and by the corresponding network being fit. The supervisor is also responsible for the installation of an electric stove, bathroom fixtures and other equipment as well as lamps in an apartment.

The floor space of each unit is to be regarded as a part of the total areal size which also includes balconies and external constructions. We offer dimensions of all the apartments.

The project can be modified and enlarged by wish of the landlord if it does not contradict the general design decisions. For example, if you wish to buy the house all-in-all and to equip it for 1 or 2 families with 1 or 2 separate entrances, such modifications will be swiftly recorded.
