Sale of the "Bijela Sulntse" units is regulated by the agreement between the customer-a new proprietor (a physical or a legal body irrespective of the citizenship) and the vendor - NT Communications, who is constructing the unit on its own territory according to the corresponding building license. You can have free access to the agreement form in the original and its Russian translation. All essential items of the contract have been coordinated with the bodies involved in transactional real estate registration. The matter of property passing has been legally reviewed.

The following pricelist of the units is based on the Site Plan. The prices are set in euro for 1 m² of the total areal size. You can find out the roomage in the table of the apartments’ Dimensions and to calculate the units’ price by multiplying the acreage and the price of the total area. The VAT and the Sales tax are included in the price and are thus to be covered by the Vendor.
